Tell us more about your story in Quality House?
My professional experience at Quality House is just beginning, and I’m genuinely excited to be part of the company. I look forward to working with its trusted and valued partners, as well as building strong and lasting new ones.
Which is the thing you appreciate the most in your colleagues?
I appreciate the professionalism, honest feedback, and willingness both to offer and receive support, teamwork.
What Did You Want to Become as a Child?
As a child, I imagined myself in a variety of roles — from a rhythmic gymnast and fashion designer to a flight attendant and travel agent. As I grew older, I noticed a strong interest in taking on the role of a mediator - whenever I saw challenges in communication, I naturally tried to help people reach a common understanding. As my interests evolved, I decided to study psychology. Although I don’t practice it professionally, it helps me better understand people and their needs.
What is your ideal work day?
Like most people - Friday.
I would say it’s a day where a few challenging tasks are successfully completed, and the rest of the time is spent productively on more routine work. Ending the day with a sense of satisfaction from what has been achieved.
How do you imagine the ideal teambuilding?
In nature, perhaps with a short hike to a mountain hut, where we can spend time with colleagues, cook together, and enjoy some fun activities and good company.
